Grown-Up Cottage

This cottage is part of a thoughtfully planned waterfront development of 18 distinctive condominiums, each built and designed to feel unique while honoring the character of the Harbor Springs landscape. Most of the homes were built on spec by Cottage Company Fine Builders for a local developer, each thoughtfully designed to feel warm, personal, and connected to their surroundings.

From the beginning, environmental stewardship guided every decision. The permitting process was extensive and worth every effort. We worked closely with local officials and environmental consultants to protect the shoreline, preserve native vegetation, and implement sustainable building practices across the site.

Each cottage exterior is architecturally distinct, contributing to a streetscape that feels timeless and welcoming. Inside, natural materials, high-efficiency systems, and thoughtful layouts reflect our commitment to quality and sustainability.
