The palette is inspired by the surrounding landscape—sandy neutrals, lake blues, leafy greens—bringing warmth and cohesion to the space.

The home’s interiors are full of thoughtful details that evoke a sense of place. Paneling, beadboard ceilings, and coffered treatments add architectural depth. Performance fabrics, a hardwood floor that hides wear, and casually comfortable furniture—designed for coastal living by Kelly Konoske—reflect the casual elegance of cottage life. A standout blue Calcutta marble island anchors the kitchen, while statement textiles and custom millwork make each room feel inviting yet polished.
